What has driven me

  1. I built a business

    …because I wanted to help people.

    In Netmaking I built a company from scratch — from making websites in my childhood bedroom, to a ten-person agency delivering systems that major brands could rely on.

    Netmaking 2000 – 2021

  2. I built an organizational platform

    …because I needed help to hold the business.

    In Wecomplish I built a system that could describe and mirror the structure of an organization, so people could more easily come together around what they wanted to achieve.

  3. I built a framework for self leadership

    …because I did not want to walk the path alone.

    In Relatable I have built a school of thought around what it looks like to take care of yourself, and a set of concrete tools for coming together with others to understand and practice care.
