Why this container matters psychologically
When documents sit unread, it is easy to put off making them understandable. We skim, forget, or leave what mattered in our head after one reading. A place for extraction lets the method be temporary, while still knowing that what mattered has a home. It is psychologically relieving to separate “how we are reading now” from “what we want to keep”.
What happens without a container like this
