Interpretation

The words whose initial letters are capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. These definitions have the same meaning whether they appear in singular or plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Privacy Policy:

• Account means a unique account created for you to access Relatable or parts of Relatable.
• Application means the software program provided by the Company, named Relatable.

While using Relatable, we may ask you to provide personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. This may include:

• Content, reflections, uploads, relationships, rooms, canvases, models, and other information you create in the Service

Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service. It may include your Device's IP address, browser type, browser version, pages visited, the time and date of your visit, time spent on pages, unique device identifiers, and diagnostic data.

We may use issue monitoring to understand how and why a problem occurred, improve reliability, and contact affected users when appropriate.

Search

We may index Personal Data and user-created content in a search index to make information in the Service easier to find and access.

• Algolia is a hosted search service provided by Algolia. For more information, see Algolia's privacy policy.

Production environment and backups

We store Personal Data in production systems so the Service can function, and we may back up Personal Data to protect against accidental loss, corruption, or operational failures.

Generative AI

Relatable includes features that may use generative AI to support cognitive, reflective, creative, and organizational tasks. When you use such features, relevant content may be included in prompts sent to AI Service Providers in order to provide the requested functionality.

GDPR privacy

Legal basis for processing Personal Data under GDPR

We may process Personal Data under the following conditions:

• Consent: you have given consent for one or more specific purposes.
• Performance of a contract: processing is necessary to provide the Service or meet pre-contractual obligations.
• Legal obligations: processing is necessary to comply with a legal obligation.
• Vital interests: processing is necessary to protect your vital interests or those of another person.

Do Not Track
