Struggles with being received by the market

Why some entrepreneurs fear not being met, heard and appreciated by the market.

🧭 How to use this model

This model is not meant to be a recipe you are supposed to perform perfectly.

It is meant as an orientation tool you can bring out when going to market feels unsafe, unclear, or overwhelming.

When fear takes up a lot of space, you can use the model to ask yourself simple questions:

🪵 What is the log I’m trying to put on the fire right now?

🤗 Who is it realistic to expect might recognize the warmth from this log?

🗣️ What kind of dialogue am I actually trying to invite?

The model can be used:

  1. before you go out, to create inner clarity
  2. while you are out, to adjust course
  3. afterwards, to understand what actually happened

It helps you distinguish between:

❌ being rejected as a human being

✅ and the fact that this particular log, on this particular fire, didn’t land quite right right now

When things stall, it’s often enough to adjust one of the three parts — not everything at once.

Sometimes it’s about making a better log.

Other times about finding new people.

And sometimes it’s simply about giving the dialogue more time.
