Why it matters
Long lists look like work, but a lot of them is not actually doable yet. Everything is urgent, nothing is clear, and “getting started” does not hit anything you can actually do. Then the list becomes proof that you cannot manage it.
When what can be done is split out, you see what you can actually take hold of.
