- Or: open Notes → Focal overview
- Choose Generate overview
Why it matters
When a lot has been written down, it is easy to lose hold of what actually occupies you. Reading through everything to “get where I am” is exactly the task that does not get done. Then the overview becomes pressure you put off.
When AI has read what you have already written, you see what is pulling — without holding the whole picture yourself.
