What it is
You can send a share directly to another account, so they get a notice when it has arrived — without having to reply.
Where to find it
- Open Sharing
- Choose Share
- Choose who should receive it
- Send the share to their account
Why it matters
Handing something on and not knowing if it arrived is an uncertainty it is easy to chew on. You remember that you sent it. You do not remember if they saw it. Asking feels like nagging. Leaving it feels like letting them down.
When they get a notice, you know it arrived. You do not have to chase, and they do not have to guess.
