What it is
You can make an email address in Relatable and forward what is sitting in your inbox. It arrives as an envelope you can look at — subject, message, and attachments — so what needs looking after does not stay with the mail.
Where to find it
- Open Edit profile
- Find Receive by email and create an address
- Forward the email there from your inbox
- Open Sharing and choose View
Why it matters
The inbox collects what asks something of you: a plan, an attachment, something you need to take a stance on. It stays there because Relatable is somewhere else, and downloading and moving it is one step too many. Then you are still carrying what it was, and what needed looking after does not move.
When you can forward it in, it leaves the inbox and lands where you take care of things. You can see that it arrived, and take it further when you have capacity.
