Movements

Movements are shared patterns of progress — ways people orient when something has gotten stuck, fallen out of view, or needs alignment again. They help you recognize a kind of situation and try a next step that fits that kind of stuckness, without pretending every life is the same.

Why it matters

Insight alone does not always create motion. Movements give shape to how care and forward motion can look in practice, so you have somewhere to stand when you are ready to move.
